To get started, choose lands using the actions below or zoom in using the map tools, then add notes or edit shapes.
You can select lands owned by a particular agency/organization, or search for a park by name, using the menus above. For agency searches, once you select a specific owning agency, a list of its CPAD properties will appear here and be highlighted in purple outline on the map.
Use the icon tools at the top of your search results to print, export or zoom to CPAD units in your list.
Navigate to desired location and click Start to draw a recommended new park outline on the map. Click Clear to start over. To re-shape it, grab vertex points and move to correct position. Fill in the form and Save.
Click start, then click a CPAD unit on the map. To re-shape it, check the "Edit Unit Geometry" checkbox and grab vertex points to move to correct position. Modify the attributes below as needed and Save.
You can upload an ESRI Shapefile or a KML file of your holdings and see it on the map. For Shapefiles, you must first compress them into one .zip file, and be sure to include a .prj file.
Browse your computer to select your .zip or .kml/kmz file, then click "Show on Map" to upload and display on the map.
